A competitive flagship league. Kickoff your weekend with morning or afternoon games. Cougar Field is accessible by BART, a few minutes from El Cerrito Plaza BART station. The weather is nearly perfect year-round and players enjoy the welcoming atmosphere built by teams that have played together since 2013.

Game format: 8v8, half-field, 70-mins. (two 35-min. halves).
Start times: Vary, but usually in the mornings and afternoons
Roster: Up to 15 players allowed.
Awards for champions: team trophy and individual medals for each player
