FORFEIT DEPOSIT POLICY

Each season, teams are required to pay a forfeit deposit of $100 (5v5, 8v8) or $200 (11v11), in addition to their league fees.

If your team needs to forfeit a match, you must notify the league at least 24 hours in advance by emailing info@baasl.org. This advance notice gives us time to arrange a friendly match for your opponent.

A team’s forfeit deposit will be forfeited under the following circumstances:

• Notification is given less than 24 hours before the scheduled match

• A team forfeits more than once in a single season

• A team forfeits a playoff match

If your team meets the forfeit policy throughout the season, you may either:

• Carry over the deposit to the next season (with a user code), or

• Request a refund by emailing info@baasl.org after the season ends
